CoinMove Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the CoinMove website, applications, services, marketplace, construction services, or any related products operated by CoinMove. By accessing or using CoinMove you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions you must stop using CoinMove immediately.
1. Introduction
CoinMove operates as both
• A digital marketplace and crypto focused platform
• A construction, refurbishment, and property maintenance firm
The digital side of CoinMove connects buyers and sellers of real estate, vehicles, travel bookings, and other goods and services. CoinMove also provides crypto related payment solutions, property and asset tokenization, and automated rent payment services.
The construction side of CoinMove provides building works, refurbishments, repairs, and maintenance including but not limited to full house builds up to a defined number of floors, internal and external renovations, and general property improvement.
CoinMove may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform or services means you accept the updated version.
2. Eligibility
To use CoinMove you must
• Be at least eighteen years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country
CoinMove may refuse access or service to any user or client at its discretion.
3. Services Provided by CoinMove
CoinMove offers a range of services including but not limited to
• Real estate and vehicle listings
• A marketplace for crypto related payments
• Booking services for travel and accommodation
• Property and asset tokenization tools
• Automated rent payment using digital assets
• Messaging and communication features such as text, audio, and video
• Construction, refurbishment, and property maintenance services
• Project management for building works and renovations
CoinMove may add, change, or remove services at any time.
4. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice
CoinMove does not provide financial, tax, investment, legal, or structural engineering advice. Any information on the platform is for general information only. You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking independent professional advice where needed.
5. Crypto Payments
Users may choose to make or receive payments in digital assets. The value of crypto assets can increase or decrease at any time. CoinMove is not responsible for any gain or loss arising from the use of crypto assets.
All crypto transactions are final and usually cannot be reversed.
Users must carefully confirm wallet addresses and transaction details before sending any digital assets.
You are responsible for compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements in your country.
6. Listings and Marketplace Rules
• CoinMove is a platform that facilitates transactions between users
• CoinMove is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings
• Users must not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
• CoinMove may modify or remove any listing at its discretion
• Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between those parties unless CoinMove decides to assist voluntarily
7. Construction and Property Services
7.1 Scope of works
For construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects CoinMove will normally provide a written quote or estimate describing
• The planned scope of work
• The price structure either labour only or labour and materials
• Any specific exclusions or special conditions
The client is responsible for checking that the scope of work matches their requirements before confirming.
7.2 Estimates, variations, and changes
Any price given as an estimate is based on the information available at the time. If hidden issues are discovered such as structural problems, electrical issues, plumbing issues, damp, or other defects additional work and costs may be required.
Changes requested by the client after work has started may result in extra charges and revised timescales. CoinMove will aim to agree variations in writing where possible.
7.3 Materials and standards
CoinMove will use materials that are suitable for the agreed works and will aim to deliver a good standard of workmanship that is reasonable for the agreed price and scope.
Where the client supplies materials CoinMove is not responsible for any delay, defect, or failure caused by those materials.
7.4 Insurance and risk
For construction and property works specific insurance may be arranged on a job by job basis where required by law, contract, or client conditions.
The client remains responsible for
• Existing structural issues and hidden defects
• Security of the property and contents unless otherwise agreed
• Compliance with any lender, insurer, or freeholder requirements
7.5 Access to site
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for CoinMove staff and subcontractors during agreed working hours. Any delay or obstruction caused by lack of access may result in extra charges or revised timelines.
7.6 Health and safety
CoinMove will take reasonable steps to work in a safe manner and expects clients and occupants to respect safety rules on site. Children, pets, and unauthorised persons must be kept away from work areas.
7.7 Completion and defects
On completion of the work the client should inspect the property and inform CoinMove promptly of any concerns.
CoinMove may at its discretion offer a limited defects period for workmanship. This does not cover
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or lack of maintenance
• Work altered by others after completion
• Issues caused by forces outside the control of CoinMove such as flooding, movement, or extreme weather
8. Communication Tools
The platform may include messaging, voice calls, and video calls to allow users and clients to communicate with each other and with CoinMove.
Users agree not to use these tools for abuse, harassment, fraud, spam, or any illegal or harmful activity.
CoinMove may monitor or restrict communication features if misuse is suspected or detected.
9. User Responsibilities
Users and clients agree to
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the services in a lawful manner
• Not attempt to breach security or gain unauthorised access
• Not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform or systems
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
• Respect staff, contractors, and other users
10. Fees and Payments
Some services may require payment of fees, including marketplace fees, booking fees, construction deposits, stage payments, or other charges.
All fees will be made clear before you confirm a transaction or project.
Unless required by law, fees and deposits are usually non refundable once work has started or a booking has been confirmed.
Late payment may result in suspension of work or services and may incur interest or recovery costs as permitted by law.
11. Third Party Services
CoinMove may integrate or cooperate with third party providers including payment processors, blockchain networks, booking systems, identity verification providers, logistics firms, or subcontractors.
CoinMove is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or actions of any third party and is not liable for any loss arising from their services.
Your use of third party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on CoinMove including logos, marks, branding, text, images, code, and designs is the property of CoinMove or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission except where allowed by law.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
CoinMove respects your privacy. Information that you provide will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform or services you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy including for communication, security checks, and service delivery.
14. Limitation of Liability
CoinMove and its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for
• Loss of funds due to user error or incorrect wallet details
• Delays in blockchain confirmation or network congestion
• System outages, maintenance, or technical issues
• Actions, omissions, or failures of third parties
• Indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, business, or data
To the fullest extent permitted by law the total liability of CoinMove for any claim arising from any single project or transaction is limited to the lower of
• The total amount you paid to CoinMove for that specific project or service
• Any mandatory minimum that cannot be excluded by law
You use CoinMove services including construction services at your own risk where permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinMove, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from
• Your use or misuse of the platform or services
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Any violation of law or rights of a third party by you
16. Termination
CoinMove may suspend or terminate access to the platform or services at any time, with or without notice, if it believes you have breached these Terms and Conditions or harmed the platform, users, or reputation of CoinMove.
You may stop using the platform or services at any time. Any rights or obligations which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless stated otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or from the use of CoinMove services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local mandatory law provides otherwise.
