CoinMove is a global platform that offers two main services

• A full construction, refurbishment, and property maintenance service available across London

Even before the full marketplace launch you can already request construction works, property improvements, and maintenance through CoinMove.

Accounts and Verification

Do I need an account to use CoinMove

No you do not need an account at this time.
The account system will be introduced when the advanced marketplace and crypto features launch. For now you can use our construction services and browse information without creating an account.

Will accounts be required in the future

Yes accounts will be required once the full platform is released including messaging, listings, crypto payments, tokenization, and travel bookings.

Do I need to verify my ID

Not right now.
Identity verification will be introduced only when legally required, mainly for crypto payments and high value marketplace activity.

Crypto Payments

Can I pay with crypto

Yes you can pay for construction work and other selected services using digital assets such as XRP and XRPL based tokens.

Are crypto payments refundable

Crypto transactions are normally final and cannot be reversed. Please make sure all details are correct before sending payment.

Is crypto safe

Yes when used correctly. Always double check wallet addresses and never share private keys with anyone. CoinMove will never ask for private keys.

Buying and Selling

Can I list my property or vehicle on CoinMove

This feature is launching soon.
Once the marketplace is fully open you will be able to list real estate, vehicles, and other items.

Does CoinMove participate in the sale

No. CoinMove connects buyers and sellers but does not act as a party to the sale agreement.

Will I be able to receive payment in crypto

Yes when the marketplace launches you will be able to accept crypto or traditional currency depending on the agreement between both parties.

Travel Bookings

What travel services will CoinMove offer

CoinMove will allow users to book flights, hotels, villas, and rental cars through the platform.

Can I pay for travel with crypto

Yes once the travel feature launches you will be able to pay with digital assets where supported by our partners.

What is property tokenization

CoinMove will allow properties to be represented digitally on a blockchain. This helps make ownership transfer and fractional participation more efficient.

What is automated rent payment

CoinMove will allow tenants to pay rent using stablecoins or XRP. Payments will be automated each month through the XRPL network once this feature becomes available.

Does the landlord need a crypto wallet

Yes landlords using the automated rent service will need a compatible wallet.

Messaging, audio calling, and video calling will launch alongside the full marketplace release. These tools will make it easier for buyers, sellers, travellers, and construction clients to communicate.
